Having submitted an estimate, the job was fitted in at short notice so it was completed before Christmas. The two men worked methodically, one acting as go-fer, the other felt-laying, and they did a very good job, completing it in half a day. They were friendly and polite, and cleared up the debris, not only from the roof, but also down the driveway. The boss himself came to collect the old gravel (for recycling) and to check that everything had been done to our satisfaction. We just hope we will still be around at the end of the manufacturer's guarantee and to see that the roof is still sound and watertight. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND QUALITY OF WORK.

Miller roofing failed to finish the work as agreed. The part of the roof not done still leaks and they would not agree to remedy it with out further payment. This contradicts their quote. I do not recommend them.

In response to the customers comments, I feel that I have to disagree with them. We carried out our work to our usual high standards and the customer inspected all areas before paying in full at the end of the work. I am unsure as to why the customer is stating that there is now a leak on the work not finished, we left no part unfinished otherwise the customer would not have paid us at the end. I feel that we are being held responsible for a leak which is on a section of the roof which was not included in our initial quote. We aim to keep our customers happy at all times and feel that this is reflected in our 532 feedback cards received.
