SOS was established in 1980. We are a small family business and enjoy an enviable reputation for quality and care. Mr Moore has completed close to 35 years in the industry.

We are up-to-date with all current regulations and specialise in installation and repair of gas boiler and heating systems as well as general plumbing requirements.

We can offer our expertise in the following areas. Power flushing to a high professional standard. Boiler and system installation. Boiler breakdown (all makes) repaired. Replacement of tanks, cylinders and pumps. Gas related installation. General plumbing.

Repaired the boiler

Knowledgeable about the work and everything seems to be working well. Whilst I wouldn't say the cost was cheap it certainly seems to be very reasonable in comparison to similar jobs I found online. Great job thank you.

Old boiler recovered , new boiler installed

Excellent service, fitters were professional, polite, tidy and charming. Boiler installation was quick and tidy and the mess was minimal. Very very impressed. 10/10

Installation of new combi boiler (previous condensing boiler) and radiatior installation

A reliable, friendly, family company, with very competitive prices. Extremely happy with the quality of the work, and staff were all hardworking and courteous. Highly recommended - I definitely won't be looking for another gas engineer/plumber anywhere else.

Replacement boiler and hot water cylinder

We are very impressed with the quality of the work. Both Graham and Sam who did the work were extremely courteous and very pleasant. Inconvenience was kept to a minimum and we are already recommending this company to others.

Replaced boiler

We knew our boiler needed replacing soon and had become noisey recently. We invited SOS to service and they said it would be throwing good money after bad and best to replace the boiler. We were very happy to go with the quote and the work was completed promptly. We gave a 6 for tidiness but only because the wife has OCD!!

Worcester boiler inherited problems

After inheriting a rather antiquated system from a previous owner which included a gas leak in the house I searched for help , after a rather unsatisfactory service from a national gas company, I found Barry at S0S heating and never looked back. Barry and Graham are reliable , tidy, very fair , helpful and there quality of work is exceptional. From now on I will only use SOS as they actually go that extra mile. Highly recommended.
