Garden wall demolished and re-built.
Very reasonable quote, the work was very efficiently carried out, with minimal disturbance and the site being left in a clean and tidy condition.

Break up and relay new concrete path, remove site gate and piers, replace with new gate, trellis in front of side gate, remove broken repair brickwork to front garden wall, build platform and steps with rails in decking.

Fitted new guttering and replaced 2 panels of fencing and fixed 3 roof tiles.
I have employed Sean Pollard many times over the past 7/8 years. The jobs have ranged from small to fitting a new kitchen, redecorating and painting outside of house. All the work has been excellent and he is reliable and honest.
