Although I am happy with the windows I felt that there were a few issues with communication. The fitters had not been told that window sills were to be fitted and I had to arrange for these, and some trims I wasn't happy with, to be sorted. I had to chase for a time for this to be sorted. I arranged for a day of work as I was told they would be with me at 8.30am the next day, I rang at 10am and trader was in my opinion a bit flustered, said they weren't coming but would come the following day - which they did. I have some brown marks on outside of one of the windows, which looks like glue, I have left a message and am still waiting for a response. I've had work done before (patio doors and front door) and gave 10 out of 10 for this work as the trader did not really give an option to give anything else. I didn't receive a card this time! :-)

Unfortunately there was a lack of communication with the fitters where the window boards were concerned, but as soon as this was realised the situation was rectified immediately. I felt that the customer was very impatient for the work to be carried out from the minute she accepted our quotation until completion of the work.
The brown marks in question were removed over a week ago and was a small amount of glue which had been left on the frames. The reason the customer was not given a feedback card is because she preferred to go on line and leave her comments I am very surprised at the customers response as I have carried out work for her previously and she was delighted, hence the reason she asked me to fit a further 5 windows.
I believe the customer received an excellent job, expertly fitted and at a very reasonable cost. She was treated with the utmost courtesy at all times, her scores reflect this.
I hope I will not be judged on this isolated incident, please look at the remarks and scores from my other 300 happy and satisfied customers who gave me all tens.
