Two story side elevation single full width back extension.
We were so pleased with the workmanship and end result of the extension, we then had Safespec build a garden wall around the perimeter and lay a block patio. They are a credit to there trade and would welcome anyone to view there work, seeing is believing. Thank you again.

Erect wrought iron railings.
Safespec Building Services Ltd arranged for their sub-contractor to visit the site and arrange for production of a set of railings to be fitted to his driveway wall. Finish of work and hot dip galvanization protection is excellent. I will be bringing them back for more work in the near future. Highly recommended.

Build porch and ground work around front and back of house.
This company and workers I cannot recommend enough. They did everything they said they would and plenty more. They were always courteous and kind, even gave me a bottle of wine for my 50th birthday! We had practically the whole of the back garden paved over, down the side was paved and the front was brick paved with stones to one side. The porch was built by them and we are so very pleased with it all. If there is one criticism to be made, it is communication with the boss, Simon, maybe could have kept us advised as to what was happening and when a bit more often, but hey, if that is all I can find to moan about that's nothing! Excellent firm, if you want to come and see their work let me know.

Extension block paving.
Safespec swung into action to extend their previous work after we could not cultivate the heavy clay based garden. They worked diligently and carefully to remove the existing edge blocks and level the site in readiness to lay blockwork over the entire frontage of the property complete with matching designs. What a tremendous difference. Would recommend Simon and his team any time.

New block paving drive and area to side of house.
Simon was very courteous and informative as to what could be done. Excellent work carried out including blending 3 manhole covers into block paving. Had very hot weather at the time which might have affected time keeping-- started later than expected and finished earlier. We have had several people ring the door and ask about the work carried out as they are very impressed with the transformation.

So far cleared site, dug and poured foundations, with building control, then built up to DPC.
This was done quickly by two of the safe spec team that obviously know were they were doing, including overcoming the unfortunate uncovering of a large cable and pipe. Informing building control of each stage was done by them with no problems.
