Rectified oil boiler stopped working.

Sam arrived on time. He was polite and very efficient. He could have seriously ripped me off ,but was absolutely honest and trustworthy,and I would highly recommend him. I asked for his card and have already recommended him to 5 people! A real find!

Service faulty gas-fired Aga

Sam was the first reliable person around Sussex to respond to a call to fix a gas Aga. He is polite, works thoroughly and explains what is going on. Although it took two visits and some phone support to get it finally working properly, Sam had warned me that the first visit might not fix the problem and he clearly knew what to do next. Highly recommended.

Boiler service

Sam turned up on the dot! He was very polite and tidy and even investigated a "knocking pipe" whilst he was there that was not part of the boiler service.

Central heating broke down

Sam responded very promptly to a late call out, was able to diagnose the problem quickly, had the parts in the van and had fixed it in around thirty minutes. We were extremely impressed and would highly recommend his services. Very competitively priced as well.

Boiler fix / service

Called Sam at 8:30am because our boiler was making an horrendous noise, and as a result had no hot water or central heating. He luckily had a cancellation and came within the hour. Sam fixed the problem immediately. He also serviced the boiler while he was there. An excellent job!
