Fitting new kitchen, bathroom and downstairs wc.
Having had 2 previous jobs done (by others) and not satisfied we turned to Checkatrade and was very glad and satisfied! We have found a person we can trust and work well together to achieve what we want. We are hoping he can fit us in for another job we cannot do! (OAP's).

Fitted kitchen including a laminated floor and tiling.
Did an excellent job including work such as boxing in pipework, moving electric sockets etc, which he was not originally asked to do. I would recommend them.

Bathroom - New suite, tiling and floor - also kitchen sink, taps etc.
Could not fault S&D Property - Extremely professional, excellent workmanship, very courteous. I would recommend them.

New Bathroom and Kitchen Floor.
They would let you know what they would be doing each day and times of work. I felt my home was in safe hands (as they had the keys to come and go). I would recommend them.

Water leak under bath.

Repointing, fascia boards, guttering, fitted new bathroom and WC, fitted new windows and replastered.
Any slight problem always put themselves out to help. Have done 4 seperate jobs for me now and I would always call them out if any other jobs need doing.
