Really efficient and courteous company. Rang on Wed 5pm for appointment and got one for today 11am as engineer in my area fortunately. Tidy pleasant gent did the service took his shoes off!!  how good is that, he found a few bits and bobs that shouldn't have been in the macerator, then resealed with fresh silicone. Job done.

I made the call this morning and was told I could expect an engineer at 2.30pm and how much it would cost. The gentleman arrived and set to work. He was pleasant and professional. He pointed out some areas of concern and advised me how often this unit should be serviced and Descale etc. He cleaned up and hoovered the area leaving it as clean as it was.

The Engineer carefully listened to the problem I had experienced, asked pertinent questions and quickly set about diagnosing the problem. Once the problem was established it was a very quick fix and advice was provided to help prolong the longevity of the pump and how to look after it. He was able to answer all the questions I had about my pump and piping configuration in a way that I was able to understand. My Engineer was called Vic and he arrived in good time, was in uniform and very professional. Highly recommend this company and Engineer.
