Once again Chris and Dave did a wonderfully professional job! The door looks fabulous! They are friendly, polite and a pleasure to do business with. Now this is the only company I'd ever consider using for any of my replacement windows or doors. They don't pressurise or try and sell you what you don't need! I really despised window companies until I met these chaps!!

Really pleased with the window, the sandblasted glass was the finish i'd been looking for (which other companies had told me wasn't possible!) Would not hesitate to recommend Chris and Dave, they are conscientious, hard working, polite and friendly. (They even took their shoes off when invited in to give me a quote!!!) They also replaced some broken tiles at no extra cost to me. Everything was left clean and tidy on completion . Have had many compliments from my neighbours saying how lovely my home looks now. What a gem of a company, when other companies refused to attend my tenanted flat to undertaken what was a minor repair it was no problem for Chris, who was excellent. He liaised with the tenant, who commented on his friendly approach and workmanship, carried out the repair promptly and his charges were very reasonable. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

He contacted the factory, explained the situation and was able to arrange a replacement by the next working day. A couple of problems with individual panes in two windows (fault of the manufacturer) were identified and new ones ordered before I even knew they existed. Replacement panes fitted promptly. Brilliant communication from the time I found them on Checkatrade, Bifolds were quoted for as was a large window to go in my new extension, they also moved a window for me and fixed (for free) a window where the gearing had gone. Brilliantly efficient work, very high standard and would not leave until everything was 100%, there was a slight error in manufacture in the bifolds (nothing major) and Dave promised to contact me the following Monday to see what the manufacturer suggested and he did. Excellent price, great guys, thoroughly recommend them to everyone!

We selected to use SAS after seeing them carry out another installation, and then checking them out on this site. They were very quick to get back to us and arrange a home visit. There was no hard sell no false promises just good honest advice, informing what we could hope to achieve. Chris even brought his stained glass sub contractor up to see us to explain how the new glass would look and show us an example of his work. They arrived on time did a very good job and we are very pleased with the end product.

Dave and Chris came round and did all the measuring up and gave advice on the best door and glass solution for the size we needed. They fitted our doorbell on the new door and moved the wiring for the phone line behind the surround so that it wasn't visible. They tidied up everything after they left and offered to come back when we got home from work to show us how to operate the new locks etc.

Chris and Dave provided a very competitive estimate, supported by a very detailed quotation. Both guys where friendly, considerate with great communication keeping me up to date with all the activities and really looked after our house as they replaced the Crittal windows including two large bays… they even let my dog out on the days I could not get home!....The quality of work has been fantastic and the attention to detail first rate.. (I am fussy; I’m afraid… and did not always pick the best time to “inspect” the work…although I tried to make up with lots of tea!) They where able to work around our requirements including three round windows which another company said could not be done plus they worked to retain our large wooden window headers as these are very much in keeping with a 1920’s property. Very pleased, these are two hard working guys who deserve as much work as possible. As soon as budget allows I’m getting them back to do my patio doors… highly recommended.

Excellent job, couldn't be happier.The windows were swapped out with barely a scratch to my newly plastered walls and everything is as neat and tidy as it could be. Frames and doors are good quality, we opted for one of the Force 8 composite front doors and although not cheap, looks spectacular!Was the cheapest quote we had and was slightly sceptical at first but now the job is finished I would advise anyone to go with SAS.

Chris and Dave came across as being two nice blokes. However, we gave it a few weeks before making comment, just in case the windows fell out!! We thought that their work was excellent and reasonably priced. How can sealant be so neat?! We will definately call them again to do more work.

Well what can I say; I am absolutely elated!!!! Not only am I impressed by the quality of workmanship and quality of the end product but the attention to detail applied to the whole job is simply second to none, they even fixed my front door and put a new handle on my Kitchen Window for no extra charge! My friend recommended this company and I am so glad she did, quite honestly people, forget the rest S.A.S are the best! Well done Chris and Dave a quality job at a very competitive price, you guys are true craftsmen and not your common old garden window fitters. Did an exquisite job which made a huge improvement to our property. The double door was a replacement on our conservatory which I didn't think was possible but they pulled the rabbit out the bag and did a fantastic job. The boys were extremely clean and tidy and helped out by replacing blinds that had to be taken down for the double doors. They also fitted a couple of hook and eyes to hold the doors back, which I hadn't asked for when they quoted. The overall finish was superb and would definately use again and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Very pleasant and polite men that talk to you towards the end of the job to make sure that your getting the finish your looking for. They should be fitting windows in Hollywood! Thank you very much Dave and Chris.

A thoroughly excellent job from start to finish - I would strongly recommend anyone wanting to replace their windows and/or doors, to use this local reliable team! Received 'national' quotes from those well advertised campaigns, but S.A.S Windows came in below quote. The most important factor in our choice though, was S.A.S were the only ones to discuss fire and safety requirements, without being asked. Competitive, professional and very reliable. The bonus is that we no longer have draughts anywhere, so the thermostat has gone down by at least 4 degrees!
