Mark Evans carried out the work with the utmost skill to replace an existing faulty system. In doing so he discovered a further fault with some cabling and promptly made two connection cables (by hand) and we now have a fantastic signal and picture. On my first telephone conversation with Mark he was very positive that he could rectify the problem, that is exactly what you want to hear, and this gave me peace of mind that I had telephoned the right person. On his first visit he arrived on time. He has a very friendly personality, 'a people person', and has a very professional attitude and is very helpful.
