Replacing rotten timber on conservatory
Extremely impressed with Mr Saunders, who found out that the rot was more extensive than first apparent once the fascia was off, and analysed the structural problem causing the rot, and remedied it expertly. The finished job is very neat and well done, and he was a very friendly person doing the work but not wasting any time.

Renovate kitchen, dining and utility rooms
This was a complex task involving plumbers, electricians, brickwork, plastering, rebuilding and renovating kitchen units, new flooring, kitchen tops, new utility room and installing several integrated appliances. Eddie organised all of the additional trades together with his own work and it all went relatively smoothly. Eddie contributed to the project with some good concepts, ideas and materials, which, together with his workmanship have made for a very satisfactory result. We have used Eddie in the past and would recommend him to anyone. PS Keep him supplied with tea and biscuits, it really helps!

Guttering
The design of our house and guttering was such that rain-water came down the side of a chimney and a wall where two slopes of a roof met. The job was to stop this happening and because of the layout of the roof this was far from straightforward. Eddie found a good practical solution using lead flashing to divert water round the chimney, combined with guttering changes. The solution has shown itself to be very effective in yesterdays heavy rain. This is the second time we have used Eddies services and the second time we have been delighted with his work.

Refit kitchen
We sourced new kitchen work surfaces, doors, drawer front, sink and gas hob and hired Eddie Saunders to fit them. He supplied strip lighting. He did the majority of the work himself and subcontracted replastering where we had tiles removed and the electric and gas work. Both his work and those he managed was done to a good standard and he was practical and personable throughout. He passed the acid test of whether we would use him again with flying colours.
