The first time I met Steve he was able to install Broadband using a wireless card (which Sky engineers had failed on 3 visits!) He is a most patient and conscientious engineer who always has any necessary spare parts to hand. I'm so lucky to have found such a charming expert who is able to come to the rescue within short notice.
