Supplied and installed new home computer
Have been a customer of Steve's for a few years now and will remain so. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Computer installed quickly and efficiently. He is also very patient when dealing with "silly" questions from people considerably less knowledgeable about computers than himself! Would always recommend SBG.

Low battery - not charging due to a fault.

E-Mail Problems
Steve came within one hour of my calling, due to a cancellation he had and job done. Steve was absolutely brilliant and very helpful. I cannot speak too highly of him. My thanks also to Crissy who as in the office that day. She, too, was very efficient and kind.

Reinstalled drivers and other essential programs after I re-installed Windows 7
Phoned to ask if he could arrive early which I was happy to say yes. Very thorough and efficient. Then charged me half of his original estimate. Having also pointed me out some useful Web sites. I was very happy all round .He was also very courteous and polite .Will definitely use him again and also recommend him to my family and friends. A job well done.

Fantastic, A problem sorted out within a week that I had failed to resolve in 2 years. Great advice given and a pleasure to deal with. Steve was most helpful and so was the "lady on the phone". Would recommend this company to anyone.
