The work was completed as I requested and was of a high standard. The service was polite and friendly and not over familiar, therefore professional at all times. I was able to pick my own sink from a brochure where the VAT was already added, which was a bonus. Scott came round to our holiday cabin and replaced a very old immersion heater that we had and giving us hot water again. From when I originally called to make an enquiry Scott kept me updated throughout and explained clearly on the day what he thought problem was and how he was going to repair it. The whole job took around 2 to 3 hours and Scott showed me the old immersion heater which was well and truly knackered. We now have hot water back and If I never need another plumber in the area I would call Scott without any hesitation. Thoroughly nice bloke who clearly puts his customers needs first.
