Converting cellar into habitable room and constructing small extension
Work was completed to a high standard; communication remained open throughout and any problems with the build which did arise were resolved amicably. We have a toddler and a 6 month old baby, and every effort was made to minimise disruption . I would not hesitate to recommend them, and in fact have already done so.

Loft conversion, gas fire installation, kitchen and general house work
Very friendly, came highly recommended by local friends. Shane, Johno and his team were very polite, informative and always willing to help with more. If there was any problem an immediate response would follow - not many builders these days you could pay first and then know the work would be done. We've asked the team to do more work for us. His pricing is way less than any other building company ! He's busy, but worth the wait.... Jason

Replaced 22 pvc windows and external doors.
Shane and his team carried out the replacement of 22 windows and doors. Shane was always available to discuss any questions we had and was always willing to be flexible. Nothing was ever to difficult for Shane and it was a pleasure having a team in your house that you could trust and knowing that they were carrying out a great job. Shane has carried out work for us in our previous house which was also of a high standard and we would have no problem in recommending Shane to others.

Rebuilding and extending terrace which had subsided
I cannot praise Shane Dunning and his team highly enough. Everything was done exactly as we asked with skill, courtesy and humour. Nothing was too much for Shane who patiently listened to all my needs and requirements and then carried them out faultlessly. I never had to "wonder where the builders had got to" because they were always onsite first thing in the morning till early evening without fail. I will always use Shane for any further works I may require and would not hesitate to recommend him.
