Replace bath tap washer.

Charged an hourly rate when tap washer replaced. Charged for 60 mins. Work although job only lasted 15 mins. Threatened with small claims court when queried invoice. Not recommended.

The customer enquired about how much our rates were, we clearly explained our rates and the customer was more than happy with them at the time. The job was done in a professional and reliable manner. A call was received from the customer doubting the invoice, saying we should of only charged him for the time which we were there for (35min), even though our rates were clearly explained to him before we went ahead with the work. The customer advised me that he would leave a negative feedback if we did could reduce the invoice, we mentioned to the customer that if he would not pay the outstanding invoice legal proceedings would be started.

Repair of burst outside pipe

Stewart turned up within two hours of my phoning and did an excellent job outside on a freezing cold Sunday afternoon. In gaining access to the stopcock I had cracked a washing machine hose which he fixed the next day. Very friendly and efficient service

A new shower fitted in bathroom with pitched roof

We chose Stewart to fit our shower because he was polite, friendly and listened to what we wanted, understood that our budget was limited. During the install, we encountered a problem with getting an important part of the shower, this wasn't Stewart's fault, but he was able to come up with another solution that worked brilliantly. It did cost us a fraction more, but he worked extra time to get it done for us, so it was perfectly reasonable. The end result was utterly fantastic. On a day-to-day basis Stewart made sure that the house was clean when he left, and he made sure we were able to use the bathroom throughout. The shower works a treat and the end result is something we're really please with. I'll use this company again for any plumbing-related work I need doing, and I'm more than happy to suggest other people do too.

Hot Water not getting hot

This is the second time I have used this company and I am very satisfied with the workmanship, the cost and his professional approach. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and I would happily use him again.

New bathroom

Great job done our new bathroom.  Ripped out old one, sorted the walls, fitted the pipe work in the walls, fitted new suite and retiled the whole room. Looks fantastic and was done quickly, within budget and was very accommodating and flexible.  Would definately recommend.

Fault diagnosis and repair on Megaflo.

Stewart arrived on time and came up with a very sensible approach to diagnosing the fault. He was friendly and I had confidence he knew what he was doing. He also answered any questions I had clearly. Would recommend him.
