I found Mr Felton to be very knowledgeable and an experienced person for the task I employed him to carry out. He was very resourceful in the use of the materials purchased and there was very little wastage on completion. Due to some late changes on my behalf to your original site meeting, Mr Felton was very adaptable and showed great initiative in carrying out the additional changes to produce a first rate job to my requirements. Based on the service I received I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone for a similar job.

Sean and the team did it again. It's a second time we used Sean's guys to do the job and we weren't disappointed. Guys did a brilliant job, were always polite and even cleaned up the garden after they finished. Even if we asked to do something extra (decking step) that was not planned for, all was done quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants a quality work done in a very professional manner. All I can say to Sean and a team a really huge thank you for your work.

In short a job well done. We are extremely pleased with the 2 levels of decking supplied and installed by SFL. The workmanship is of a high standard and they were very polite and respectful. We had a few unforeseeable extras come up but we were kept informed every step of the way and the charges were very fair. We would not hesitate in recommending SFL's services to anyone.

I am slightly disappointed with an 8 for time keeping as I always arrived on time on the dates agreed. The weather did cause some delay but the whole job was fully completed. The customer was fully aware of the price before the work commenced evident from a 10 for accuracy of estimate
