The team who carried out this work were very courteous and considerate. The standard of the work is excellent. We were unsure of a couple of things and Steve Whitehouse came back to explain and reassure us at no extra charge. I employed Steve mainly to connect up a Solar Panel (photovoltaic) installation to the grid via the consumer unit and additional meter to measure electricity produced. He also fitted a new consumer unit with spare slots and bonded in the plumbing.

Work undertaken was adding new wiring and fusing for an electric shower, ducting and electrics for bathroom fan (Steve came up with an ingenious solution to the ducting that resulted in a neat and short run), sockets in nearby utility area and shaver socket in bathroom plus new lighting and switches. All work was completed as and when expected even when we changed our requirements adding some additional work. Steve (and Mick) were both very pleasant and worked hard. We are pleased with the quality of the finish of their work.

We contacted this company due to the good recommendations on the website. He arrived on time on the first day, but we was not happy that our home soon resembled a building site and we had to clear up the mess left ourselves. I felt that little care was taken with our home and feel that they created plaster cracks in the adjoining room which they had to employ a plasterer to repair. On the whole we were not happy with the work carried out and would not re-employ this company.

I am disappointed by the comments and scoring given by this customer. I was there for two days and used dust sheets and a dust extractor to keep the mess down. In my opinion I cleared up every night before I left and was called back twice to do extra work for the customer.

Sean arrived when he said he would, on a 24 hour emergency call out. He quickly identified that the electricity supply was tripping off due to a fault with the dishwasher. It was freezing, with heavy snow, and his quick arrival was amazing. No hesitation in recommending him and I will certainly use him again for any other electrical work required.
