Vince was with me within 30 mins of my call. All fixed within 20 mins. Great service, knowledgeable honest man and good price. Very happy - would certain recommend.

Home intruder alarm installation
Vince explained everything very clearly when he first came to look at the job in order to submit his price. His price seemed fair (we obtained three quotations) and his quotation was issued promptly and work done efficiently and quickly. He clearly cares about his company's reputation and is keen to ensure his customers are happy with his service. It was a pleasure to have him install our alarm.

New Alarm Systems installed
Vince quoted for the alarm system but arrived late on the agreed date for installation, there were some issues which meant the installation was not completed in the initial 2 days and a further visit the following week was needed. Issues with the configuration settings meant that the system still couldn't be used for a further week after this and unfortunately I didn't hear from Vince in this time and had to chase this up myself again. Overall this was more complex and time consuming than I had anticipated and the customer experience wasn't the best. All fitted and working before Christmas though.

New alarm system fitted
We invited the company to quote for the work. Vince arrived on time and gave us a clear idea of the work involved and the cost. The work was carried out extremely efficiently and simply. Vince is very polite and helpful as well as patient with all our questions. He explained clearly everything we needed to know and left with our complete confidence in the system and that we can call on him to help if we need him. Very good service indeed - highly recommended!

Check alarm system and replace battery
Not only did Vince check the alarm and replaced the battery but gave friendly and helpful advice. Great value for money. Would strongly recommend to anyone needing specialist and professional help.

Re-fit a faulty Scantronic 9800 House Alarm
I needed my house alarm re-installing. Other company's weren't interested in re-fitting the old system (they wanted to install a new system - wonder why!) but NOT Secura Alarms they fitted the old Alarm system and made sure it was all working. Vice made it look easy and was very friendly, I would recommend him with out question infact you would be a bit silly not to phone them! 10 out of 10.
