Domestic alarm fitted.

Extremely reliable and professional service. After fitting the device, Vincent took time to explain in detail how the system worked and made it clear that we could call him if any problems arose. He rang us the day after fitting it to check that everything was ok and to ask if we had any questions. A friendly and courteous man who really cares about the quality of the service he provides. Will definitely be recommending him to others.

Alarm program/info.

Was having trouble with the use and programming of certain aspects of my alarm. Spoke to Vincent who arrived the same afternoon exactly on time. He was fast, efficient and it was a pleasure to meet someone so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the products. A really decent person who certainly knows his stuff. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending him and the company.

Vincent was recommended to us and we would most certainly recommend him to others. He came round very soon after we first contacted him and were immediately impressed with his friendly and courteous manner. The installation service was professional and thorough. Vince was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! Work was completed to a high standard, in a timely manner. Fitted alarm with five sensors.

The customer service from Vince was first class, he is very friendly and honest when discussing the quotes. He arrived on time and was very tidy as the job involved pulling up a carpet and drilling holes in to walls etc. He made sure any questions we had were answered and offered to come back if we were unsure of anything. Vince is highly competent, highly professional and would 100% recommend using Secura Alarms Ltd for any security requirements.

Installed a wireless alarm system.

Very polite and help full. Had to come back for a second day to complete the installation to install a dedicated power point. All this was done for no extra charge. System very good value for money, less than I had expected to pay. Would not hesitate to recommend Vincent Chuter to anyone. We got Vincent on recommendation from one of our neighbours.

Home security system.

The work was excellent and we are pleased with the system! The only problem with Secura Alarms is that the initial arrangements were a bit random with the meting to agree the system was missed and the quote was not correct. Soon resolved and the start date was wrong on the quote again soon resolved!
