At first we were very pleased with the installation of our system, and therefore a positive feedback was given to check a trade. Unfortunately, we are very unhappy with the service provided since then when a problem arises. Despite requests to sort out problems with the system, Secura Alarms failed to turn up for appointments or make arrangements to get the problem sorted out. In the end we have had to have the system removed and replaced by a different company with a product that works.

Initially we installed CCTV for this customer followed by some extra cameras a year later. One of these was not particularly clear, we replaced this. There was also some poor picture quality with another but this was a lighting issue, which we explained in full to the customer at the time.
As this was over a year ago, I’m afraid have no recollection of the customer contacting me again. I do appologise, however, if she had, and I had neglected to return her call or attend an appointment, if one had been made. Unfortunately, as she has replaced the system,there is little I can do now. Once again, I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
