SECURE ALARMS is the largest local family company in Dorset, established in 1979 and celebrating over 30 years in business. An award winning company.

Secure Alarms clients are assured of the highest standard of service and support from highly experienced staff and a company qualified to the highest national standards.

We are approved by the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) to the Nacoss Gold standard for Intruder, Access and CCTV standards. We are approved by the British Approvals for Fire Alarm Equipment (BAFE) and Kitemark licence. Quality assured to BS EN ISO 9001:2008.

Staff carry CSCS health & safety cards.

We are accredited by SAFEcontractor meeting the highest Health & Safety standards as required by councils, authorities and major contractors.

We issue Part P electrical certificates where required to meet Electrical Safety set out in IEE Regulations 16th Edition.

Free survey and quotations are posted within 48 working hours of survey date.

Alarm system faulted and was too old to replace, a new system installed.

The engineers were courteous, helpful and worked to install a new alarm system with little disruption in the office. All questions were answered readily. Excellent service.

New fire and security systems.

Overall a very good job two minor issues, Find paper-work a bit to arrive, Initial survey didn't spot need for new phone line these issues were minor and we are very pleased with the work done. I would recommend this company.

Alarm monitoring call out

After recent additional work to the alarm system a faulty sensor had been used despite testing. The alarm went off whilst we were away and they were called out by the monitoring company. The service was swift and efficient and the house was left secure. When we came home from holiday they came and re checked all sensors and the system so we all had piece of mind. There was no charge.
