We attended to replace bathroom spotlights following remedial work recommendations based on a previous Electrical Installation Condition Report.
During our visit we installed replacement lights as detailed in our quotation. The customer contacted us to advise that the light fittings had come away from the recess in which they sat, caused by pressure from the insulation material above.
Our engineer rectified the problem caused by the insulation and made good to the seating around the hole using decorators caulk. She was happy with the quality of workmanship.
She confirmed she was prepared to change her review, but didn’t know how to proceeded?
We sent her an email and left a voice message, detailing the steps to adopt in order to retract her comments, however as of yet we haven't received a reply from her.
Serviceteam have completed thousands of jobs over the years, the vast majority of completed jobs (as is demonstrated by our other reviews) are completed to plan. However, occasionally “recalls” are required and we endeavour to complete any remedial works to the highest possible standard as quickly as possible.
