Back in the year of 1964, my father and his two brothers started a tree surgery business working on trees in and around the village of Hook, where they were born and raised.
The business went from strength to strength with my father being employed by the district council, local parish councils, local developers and private house owners.
I joined the company when I left school in 1981 where I learnt all aspects of tree care and my father being old school and a proud man, made sure how important it was to always to do a good clean job for the customer.
I enjoy my work and take pride in what I do. That's why I am still doing it all these years later.
Being a lot older and a smaller concern now, I have left the major tree work behind me for the younger tree surgeons to handle, concentrating on other aspects of tree and garden services
I like to specialise on tree stump removal these days along with the pruning of fruit trees, hedge cutting, hedge laying, logs, garden clearance and the odd bit of fencing
I will do my best to help people with any tree and garden issues they have and if I cant, I will make sure I put them in touch with a specialist who can.
