Service top notch. Friendly and approachable people. The installation guy was absolutely brilliant - so professional and kept me informed all the way with options and best advice. We had one big problem with the oven which was not at all the fault of Showcase but they supported us 100% of the way and we got our replacement supplied and fitted, again to our complete satisfaction. We would recommend this company in a heartbeat to anyone who wants a new kitchen. Anyone would be welcome to ask us about this feedback.

I feel that this company let us down with bad workmanship. When we complained Andrew Winder then let us down. Instead of a complete rebuild- which was needed a damage limitation service was first put in place which gave us I feel a bodge job.

Response from Showcase Kitchens Ltd:
There was a lack of progress due to the early snow and travel problems and there were some issues with the fit. Since the customer was unhappy with the fitter we arranged another fitter to complete the bathroom at no additional cost to the customer. The customer was unhappy with the toilet and bidet they had chosen so we replaced them at our own expense. We also replaced a vanity unit the customer was unhappy with. The customer damaged a door front trying to clean it, which we replaced at our expense. Four months after the job was finished we were informed that a tile in the shower did not match and we removed the shower replaced it and re-installed the shower at our expense. The customer was then unhappy that the screws securing the shower tray legs to the floor were installed at an angle. Due to the lack of space it was impossible to put the screws in at anything other than an angle and they are un-seen. The legs to the shower tray were perfectly secure so we refused to make further changes. We do strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please see the rest of our feedback.

Paul was very helpful and personable, takes great pride in his work and the finished product. Tidied everything up at the end of each day. After kitchen completed there were a couple of problems with electrical equipment that had been supplied to them, Andrew sorted out these problems promptly and ensured that he sorted out the problem with the suppliers therefore relieving me of a lot of stress - much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody in the future.

The kitchen is lovely and is still as good as new thanks to their attention to detail. The big PLUS with this organisation has been the aftercare service. We had a couple of minor problems in the 4 years' since the kitchen was installed (not their fault) - both of which they have sorted out for us. The last was this week when the kitchen tap mechanism broke - Showcase took time to get it sorted with the manufacturers for us (it was still under guarantee); delivered a new tap to us within 3 days and called after to check everything was OK. It's rare that you get such good service now (where it's usually 'sell, then forget' the customer) and I would recommend this company to anyone - 10/10 to Showcase Kitchens.
