I have left further feedback about the work Stefan did for me because over the last couple of days I really have noticed just how good the work he did was. The painting he did really is very neat and all of my windows now open and close effortlessly. I no longer have any drafts either which is great. He also came to back to fit the window fittings I bought after he finished the job.

In my opinion I would not recommend this trader. For two months, I constantly phoned SHR to get him to return. I received the usual excuses and non-return of calls, before I took photos and lodged an official complaint letter with Check-a-Trade. I feel this is not the mark of a quality tradesman." I have since been calling this man relentlessly with no result, I am disappointed that none of my window shutters close now because he fit in trims that I feel are too large and paint is peeling off the radiators.

In response to the customer comments above. I believe that the quality of my work shows in my recommendations from previous customers feedback. I informed the customer that I would be unavailable for 2 weeks due to working away. I carried out extra work for the customer and I feel disappointed that the customer feels this way. I would also like to mention that I did not receive any money for the extra work .
