Identify cause of problem and recommend solution.

After pressing the mute button we could not get the sound back. It would have been expensive to repair and more viable to get a new TV. Seemed like sound advice, Matt also suggested a new model and made an improvement to how the set and Sky box were positioned. We were very happy with his advice and appreciated his return on Sunday (in snowy conditions) to complete the job.

Check old aerial and supply and install freeview box.

Matthew came out to check the old aerial and confirmed that I could use it to receive free view. He advised on the box and agreed to supply. He and his work partner were later than agreed but had called to let me know they would be delayed. They were both polite and left my home clean and tidy with working free view in the living room and one bedroom exactly as agreed.
