They arrived on time, were polite and courteous, checked the equipment to confirm the fault conditiions and set about zeroing in on the faulty component expeditiously. In all they were clean and tidy and the charge was very reasonable. I was both pleased and impressed.

This is the first time I have used CheckaTrade but had received good reports from friends and neighbours about the system so decided to try it. We chose Signal Solutions as they were a local firm and had a very high feedback rating. Matthew gave us a quote for the work on the telephone which was far better than a previous quote from another company. He and his team arrived on time after calling to say they were on their way. They replaced our very ancient aerials with a new digital system and made sure that both televisions had good pictures and that we were happy with the results. They were very clean and tidy and took all the old aerials away which was a bonus. They also replaced an old aerial lead and splitter which were not functioning properly. A very good job and we would highly recommend the company

Very friendly team, both on the phone and on site, and very punctual. Took much time to work out where the problem was, explained well what they had to do and gave an accurate estimate of the cost. I had a fault with a satellite system on a military camp and this is the second time I have used Matt and I highly recommend him. Very efficient and friendly, job complete in no time and was very reasonable priced for the work and time he spent fixing my problem. He shows you what the fault is and repairs it in front of you so you see he is not just making it up or add hidden costs. I will use him for every occasion and recommend him strongly to others.

Matt and Dan did a great job. Their punctuality could have been a bit better but they did a very thorough job and the result was a crystal clear picture and perfect digital signal reception. They seem to use quality materials and galvanised brackets for the aerial which should mean it lasts. The work cost the same as the flat-rated quote (which unfortunately didn't include VAT, maybe it was just me missing a trick but it was a bit of a surprise at the end). Both were very polite and tidy throughout, and wore overshoes when in the house which was very considerate. Overall I would definitely recommend them (in fact we already have!)

I was experiencing television problems after checking Checkatrade I telephoned Signal Solutions and discussed the problem with them. He was very courteous and polite and arranged a visit for the next day. But he did suggest a possible remedy, a aerial booster, which he hoped would cure the problem and it did. I found them to be very proficient and didn't insist on a call out to discuss the problem. The problem has now been resolved and would definitely use them again and also recommend them to anyone.

This company are not the usual Chimney Jockeys that you can come across. Matt thoroughly understands how to get the best reception possible and I now have full freeview access and very good quality TV pictures. Final solution was much cheaper than we originally envisaged when a new ariel was thought necessary. Following his on site investigation his recommendations were to try an interim solution before committing to the larger expense. IT ALL WORKED saving me both time and money. He so easily could have gone for the more expensive answer but did not. Very personable and easy to get on with. Matt and Scott come highly recommended without hesitation.
