Stephen takes customer service to a level of excellence that I have not come across before. He did a great job of fitting our new boiler and thermostat last year. What has really impressed us is his on-going service a year or so later when it had a slight problem. It was fixed incredibly quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend SJ Heating Services.

A problem with hot water pressure was quickly fixed. It was a very simple mistake and SJ Heating Services fixed it and didn't Charge any money! Brilliant!

Overall I would recommend this company.  The work was carried out to a good standard. Some improvement could be made in tidying up and in better time keeping - or at least keeping the customer informed if they will not be arriving until a few hours after originally stated.  When on site though both men were helpful and friendly and the work completed satisfactorily.
