New consumer unit and wiring check
Very heavy snow but Ben arrived on time and did an excellent job replacing our fuse box with modern circuit breakers and checking all the wiring. A polite, pleasant man who did an extremely tidy job. I recommend him

Repair lighting fault
Upstairs lights stopped working, fuse ok.  Called Ben who came round the same day. Found fault and fixed the problem.  Checked all lights. Excellent service and very reasonably priced.  Will definately use again!

Range of internal and external lighting installations
Ben was everything you would wish for : called back; arrived on the day : excellent and tidy work  all served with a pleasant and friendly manner and all at a very good price. We will use him again and recommend to our friends.

Diagnosed fault with immersion heater - fitted new element - tested OK.
This man attended within 2 hours, where another did not even inform me he would not come. he was efficient, well-equipped, courteous and did not waste any time - he got the job done!!

Installation of Electric Shower
Smart Home did a great job on my electric shower - was very helpful with advice, picked a shower to my liking and installed it in very quick speed. Also tided up well afterwards to leave no mess. Price was at lower end of quote given so very impressed with that too. Highly recommend the service.

Electrical repairs
Very impressed - came to fix under floor heating problem and diagnosed efficiently and effectively.  Also fixed some lighting and power sockets in addition - took the time to explain what he had done so I understood, very polite and tidy. I will definitely use again!

Replacement taps and lighting bathroom
Ben arrived on time and completed the work to a high standard.  A problem arose with the light fitting but Ben soon sorted it. Definitely would use him again, no hesitation.
