Clearance of a large overgrown area, fencing and garden design.
We were very pleased with the work undertaken. Chris and his team were considerate, tidy and happy to accommodate changes as the job progressed. He was also able to recommend solutions that we had not thought of in dealing with a design related issue. They kept to the quote and I would happily recommend Soane Gardening Services. We are already planning to use them again for another job.

Garden tidy and pond restoration.
Chris responded very swiftly to first enquiry and visited to estimate work and price the same day. Started the next day and at each stage and development kept me informed. He is personable and very effective. More time needed after discovering an issue with the pond but additional hands to the pump still achieved the finish forecast. The whole experience was first class in every respect and good value for money. I recommend Soane Gardening Services without reservation. Thanks Chris.

Decking removed, block paving laid, front garden border removed and re planted.
I can not recommend the team highly enough. They were tidy, courteous, helpful throughout. Provided good suggestions of what would look good in terms of the shape of the new patio, plants to be planted and shape of new border. I felt nothing was too much trouble and I am extremely pleased with all the work carried out. Excellent job!

Extensive hedge cutting right round property.
We found Soane Gardening Services in Checkatrade as we have used a trade member before for tv aerial work and were delighted. Chris and his team did exactly what was requested. They worked both on 17th (when we were not even there!) and on 18th. We have already booked for next year.

Pruned a very high and long hedge, pruned trees.
Excellent result! They made an excellent job of a very high and unmanageable hedge and pruned some very high trees. All rubbish cleared. Has made a huge difference to the light in our garden and am looking at getting the front garden done next. Fantastic job!

I was very impressed with their work. Our garden needed a big tidy up and they came along on the agreed day and worked very hard. Our garden has not looked this good for a long time. I would happily recommend them.

Hedge cutting.
A very large and overgrown wild hedge was very well cut. The work was arduous but carried out diligently and effectively. Chris is a real professional and has a great sense of humour. Highly recommended.

Re-lay an existing path, lay a new lawn and extend patio
This was actually three jobs spread over the last few months. I am very happy with the work that Chris has done. He has
had to come back an rectify a few small issues - but he has done so quite willingly. I've given a 10 for quality but as mentioned, Chris did have to come back. To be fair the work was badly affected by the weather so I'm marking on the end result - and as mentioned there were no problems getting the issues rectified. The 9 for tidiness was also due to weather as rain made it difficult to completely clean the area after completion. However, with the hose pipe ban that's been in place it did leave me with a bit of work to do.
