Roger impressed me from the start as he took his time to explain to me the (sometimes complicated!) problems on our leaky roof. Communication about how works were progressing was good. Workmanship was thorough and care was taken to stick to a reasonable budget, so no unnecessary work was undertaken. Roger even volunteered to liaise with our insurance company and produced a report for this purpose, which exceeded my expectations.

The original garage roof was leaking and the timbers and back wall were very damp.The whole roof was replaced quickly and to a very high standard whilst showing care and consideration to adjoining garage roofs. This is the second job that South Coast Building and Roofing have completed for me and I would definitely recommend them.

When I moved into my house the Bathroom was very basic and was in need of a total refurbishment. I called Southcoast Building and Roofing Contractors following a recommendation and was really impressed with the initial quotation work and the advice I received prior to the job commencing. An adjoining cupboard was removed which increased the size of the bathroom and allowed a large shower unit to be fitted in addition to a corner bath which replaced a conventional one. The toilet and basin were also re-sited without any problems. The work was completed to a very high standard and the finishes are great - I still get compliments about the tiling and lighting! The Southcoast Team were punctual, always tidied up at the end of the day and they definitely deserved their cups of tea! I would like to thank them for a great job and I'm very proud of my new bathroom!
