New TV aerial fitted to roof

Polite, efficient, punctual, very amusing, all round top chap. Great work, bargain price, thoroughly recommended. Paul will be returning as our house renovation proceeds to expand the newly fitted system.

Very honestly explained that it would be a waste of money for him to fix the aerial as we had TV via Sky. Very refreshing honest tradesman.

Satellite dish installed for Astra 1 for Formula 1

Paul came and set up a satellite dish for the Astra 1 satellite, so that I could watch Formula 1. Paul, as ever, was courteous, polite and chatty. Paul was at my home for approximately 2.5 hours, and once finished, we unfortunately came across a problem with the signal. Paul went back and checked all his work to see if there was a problem with it, but couldn't find one. The problem has failed to materialise since, but I know Paul would be more than happy to check it out again if it re-appeared. So now I can watch all of the Formula races Live, in High Definition for just £99 a year, albeit in German!

Installation of Sat dish

Paul was a diamond! He was here a full 4 hours, making sure that the place where the dish was sited was absolutely the best for our set-up. Kept me informed all the way along what he wasn't happy with/ how he was going to solve the problem. Talked me through everything - the dish placement and electrics/ the Freesat box set-up. He would not leave until I was totally happy. Excellent. Only reason for the Quality of workmanship 9 is that don't think the poxy resin put on the wall cover for the cable entry point into the sitting room will hold... This is, I think, a v minor point, and something I can live with. Paul was brilliant. HIGHLY recommended.
