Paul came and set up a satellite dish for the Astra 1 satellite, so that I could watch Formula 1. Paul, as ever, was courteous, polite and chatty. Paul was at my home for approximately 2.5 hours, and once finished, we unfortunately came across a problem with the signal. Paul went back and checked all his work to see if there was a problem with it, but couldn't find one. The problem has failed to materialise since, but I know Paul would be more than happy to check it out again if it re-appeared. So now I can watch all of the Formula races Live, in High Definition for just £99 a year, albeit in German!

Paul was a diamond! He was here a full 4 hours, making sure that the place where the dish was sited was absolutely the best for our set-up. Kept me informed all the way along what he wasn't happy with/ how he was going to solve the problem. Talked me through everything - the dish placement and electrics/ the Freesat box set-up. He would not leave until I was totally happy. Excellent. Only reason for the Quality of workmanship 9 is that don't think the poxy resin put on the wall cover for the cable entry point into the sitting room will hold... This is, I think, a v minor point, and something I can live with. Paul was brilliant. HIGHLY recommended.

Paul turned up when he said he would, he re-ran cabling from the outside of our house to the other side of our lounge on an internal wall as well as hooking up a TV in the conservatory and bedroom. We were keen to hide the cables which Paul was able to do. Even the cabling outside the house looks better as Paul hide the cabling behind guttering where he could. Very pleased with Paul and would use him again. Recommended by us, as my wife is very fussy and it looked tidy - he even offered to help move the furniture to their new positions!

Our Freesat signal kept going and coming back before it finally went off completely. Found Paul on Checkatrade.Com and gave him a call after reading the great feedback. He arrived on time, and spotted the possible cause before even getting his ladders out. Everything was checked, fixed and tidied up within the hour. Paul is very polite and hard working. He gave us the best quote and took time to explain and discuss what we wanted. He arrived on time and completed all the work very quickly and efficiently. The installation is exceptionally neat and tidy. Paul set up and programmed the two Freesat boxes and the satellite dish. He demonstrated in a clear and simple way how to operate the system. All we have to do is turn it on and watch the TV. It couldn't be simpler. If you want to switch to digital or upgrade your digital TV system, Paul is the best.
