Replacing aerial socket.
I called South East Digital Ltd, they made an appointment straight away, Daniel came on time and replaced the aerial socket, which fixed the problem, a very good experience.

New aerial fitted on roof and 2 rooms fitted with aerial points.
We booked in for a quote, but no one turned up at the time we had agreed on. Rang up to find out if anyone was coming and told that the engineer was still on another job, so would have to come the following day and it would be a priority. Then came the next day, but an hour later than agreed. Had the work done today and very happy, but when it came to the bill I was told I had to pay extra, than was agreed on the original quote. In my opinion I thought that they would install aerial points as opposed to just a wire passed through a hole in the wall which I feel looks quite messy.

We are sorry to hear the customer is dissatisfied with us & thank you for the feedback. Our engineer informs me that he did turn up on the day agreed to quote & apologises he was late, unfortunately we are can’t give exact arrival times due to the nature of our trade, we have explained this in our T&C’s viewable on our website. If a quote is booked in, unfortunately sometimes there is not have enough time to complete the works then, explaining the need for another visit, quotes only take approx. 15 minutes, whereas jobs can take hours, hence our engineers are scheduled in this way, otherwise there could be times when they have no work. The reason for the price difference between quote & invoice is that upon testing signal levels the engineer found the customer needed an amplifier & he explained this to him before fitting. This is unfortunately unpredictable during quoting unless you carry out a chargeable ‘fault-find’ test. We didn't quote for aerial sockets so they were not fitted, but we would be happy to do this for the customer. Please do contact us if you would like to arrange this.
