We are a small roofing company that has been established since 2002. We became a Limited Company in April 2011.
We specialise in tiling, slating and lead work, from repairs to re-roofs.
We are an approved installer of EDPM rubber roofs.
We also undertake chimney re-pointing, fascia and soffit replacement and all guttering works.
Our promise is to complete each job to the highest standard at a competitive price.

EPDM covering on new dormer roof

I had decided to use an EPDM covering on my new dormer and Dan seemed very knowledgeable about the product when he came to quote. He took time to discuss how the job would be executed and what he required from my builders and in general, presented in a very professional way. The job was carried out on the day that was agreed, with no fuss, no mess and to the best of my knowledge, to a high standard. The price quoted, which seemed fair in comparison to other quotes was the price that I paid and I would be happy to recommend Dan to anyone requiring his roofing services.

All aspects of roofing, facia, soffit, guttering and lead work for a new dormer loft extension

I run a local building business called Ark Builders and was looking to work with a new roofing subcontractor. My team an I are very pleased to have found South East Roofing. They work to the same high standard that we expect of ourselves and have the same values around customer service and working relationships. Dan gave me a broken down quote that was the right price and well laid out. He started on time and then kept me informed of progress at all times. They worked very well with my team. They finished the job by thoroughly cleaning up and sending a prompt and accurate invoice. I have found it hard to find a roofing contractor who not only covers ALL aspects of roofing but also has all of the above attributes.... you may have guessed already that I would highly recommend them and am looking forward to using them on my up and coming projects.
