I had decided to use an EPDM covering on my new dormer and Dan seemed very knowledgeable about the product when he came to quote. He took time to discuss how the job would be executed and what he required from my builders and in general, presented in a very professional way. The job was carried out on the day that was agreed, with no fuss, no mess and to the best of my knowledge, to a high standard. The price quoted, which seemed fair in comparison to other quotes was the price that I paid and I would be happy to recommend Dan to anyone requiring his roofing services.

I run a local building business called Ark Builders and was looking to work with a new roofing subcontractor. My team an I are very pleased to have found South East Roofing. They work to the same high standard that we expect of ourselves and have the same values around customer service and working relationships. Dan gave me a broken down quote that was the right price and well laid out. He started on time and then kept me informed of progress at all times. They worked very well with my team. They finished the job by thoroughly cleaning up and sending a prompt and accurate invoice. I have found it hard to find a roofing contractor who not only covers ALL aspects of roofing but also has all of the above attributes.... you may have guessed already that I would highly recommend them and am looking forward to using them on my up and coming projects.

I was thoroughly pleased with the workmen, they were punctual, polite and hardworking. You can tell they have done a good, professional job. Even my neighbours commented on how hard they worked and how careful they were when removing the tiles which helped to save me money.

Dan came to inspect our chimney stack internally via the attic and externally from the roof. He inspected it twice, the first time at less than 24 hours notice. He was thorough in his inspection, honest with his advice and fair with his recommendations. Dan suggested that the first and possibly cheapest option was to go to our original roofer and tell them what he had found. We did this and the repair was carried out at no extra cost to us and with no ill will on all sides. Thank you Dan.
