Replace rotten flat roof on garage, roof gutters, rendering, lead work.
Stephen responded promptly by email, came to give an estimate promptly (which was competitive compared to other quotes); did the job promptly, at the time he said he would, and to a good standard, as far as I can tell. (I've only scored this 8/10, as I haven't had time to detect any flaws yet!) The final bill was the same as the estimate.
He and his team were courteous, cheerful and hard working. I would not hesitate to employ him again.
