Gary has recently updated all plumbing in my house including new fitted bathroom complete, utility area, kitchen, new boiler & underfloor heating system.

Disconnected old gas cooker and installed a new cooker

The work was carried out to our satisfaction but we should have been invoiced and we should not have been charged V.A.T. On top of the quoted price.

There was some confustion over the invoice, we did feel we quoted a price and said that VAT was on top, however in good faith we have given the customer back the VAT amount.

Baxi Brasilia 8S not working - Investigate

Put down protective sheet under appliance Asked a few questions which I was able to give answers to Then tried to light heater but found it not working. Stripped unit down to component parts ,, good inspection, found some parts to be very dry used some graphite grease reassembled partially and checked operation - OK fully reassembled and checked operation again then asked me to operate staring fire - worked perfectly ,, no problems ,, better start I have not experienced .. put tools away made sure area was clean .. He was friendly , polite , and knowledgeable and positive, If I or any of my family needed a plumber/heating engineer I would heartily recommend him..  Peter Jones

Correcting a faulty boiler.

He had trouble at first due to not being able to get part required and therefore the job took longer than expected. Nevertheless he eventually got the job done and was very conscientious and was determined to get it right. I would definitely recommend Matt to everyone who needed a boiler fixed.

central heating repaired

Our malfunctioning central heating system had defeated one local company, but Matt and Gary solved the problem promptly - and then came out to deal with an emergency that arose after they'd finished the job. They're very pleasant as well as very efficient - I recommend them 100%.
