The initial work required was to reseat and repoint the roof tiles at one end of the house. The workmen discovered that two of the rafters were rotten and so needed to be replaced. Southern Roofing explained clearly the extra work required and why and so we agreed that the additional work should be done together with some repointing on the entire roof. The work was carried out as agreed and the workmen were punctual, polite and very tidy. The end result seems to be a very good job.

We used Southern Roofing as they undertook work for us previously which we were very satisfied with. The job was undertaken very speedily (in 2 days), to a very high standard and an excellent price. The large team worked very hard and were always very courteous. The logistics were very well organised to cope with a site with restricted availability of parking. The options for tiling suggested by the Company were spot on and the end product was totally in keeping with the age of the house. Would recommend Southern Roofing with absolutely no reservation.

We knew we needed repairs to the roof after 36 years. Caleb was prompt in his attentions and knowledgeable about his business. All staff were courteous, polite and careful of our premises. Additional repair work that was found during cleaning was shown to us and the repair options and implications discussed fully. The works were completed in a timely fashion and the outside of the house and gardens were cleaned after the roof cleaning. We now have the smartest roof in the close and can face the winter storms knowing all is secure (which the ridge and edge tiles certainly weren't before)

This flat roof replacement was due to my old roof leaking. I am very happy that Southern Roofing came out to see us the same day and provided us with a quote (which was accepted). Then agreement for work to be undertaken on 31st Aug. Southern Roofing provided me with all the information I required to make an informed decision and also kept to the agreed dates and although the work consisting of more than was originally expected Southern Roofing still undertook the work on the same fixed price. I would be happy to recommend this company as they were efficient, polite, tidy and happy to answer any questions posed.

Excellent customer relations and attention to detail put us at ease. They were very prompt to start this work and the job was supervised the whole time. By 10am the roof had been stripped, timbers checked and the surrounding area cleared of all rubbish and swept ready to commence new roof. The men all worked diligently and finished at 4pm. Chimney and flat roof completed on another day. Very pleased with the work undertaken.

Very reliable and friendly, did a good job and always tidied up well including the neighbours and always turned up when they said they would. Would have given a 10 for 'Accuracy of Quote' but the price did go up slightly due to extra work which was unforeseen. Would use again and would recommend highly.
