Includes - Installing heavy duty, concealed Brush-pile weather stripping to all seven points of contact between sashes and frame. Getting both sashes sliding smoothly. Replacing all sash cords, replacing all window beading with new primed items. Removing excess paint and priming any bare timber. Max size sash window 2m tall x 1.5m wide.
The Draught-proofing system we use offers many advantages including; - Dramatically reducing heat loss and cold draughts, - Reducing the ingress of external noise and pollution, - Stops sashes rattling in the wind, - Improves the sliding action of the sashes, - The appearance of the window is unchanged, no visible fixings, plastic or brush-pile.

Replaced glass in kitchen door

Reshaping and refitting of back door due to water related swelling of wood

Alteration of period front door which was sticking

Refurbishment of several sash windows
Simon did really excellent work. My badly neglected sash windows now look good, slide smoothly and are draughtproof. I would thoroughly recommend Simon. Trustworthy, pleasant and doesn't cut corners. Some unconventional working hours but he put the hours in.

Construction and installation of new sash window
Simon replaced a poor uPVC window in my bathroom with a new wooden, double glazed sash window. The new bespoke sash window was constructed and installed by him. It looks excellent and works well. I would thoroughly recommend Simon.

Work on two sash windows
Simon was great. his work is to a very high standard and he even did the work on a Saturday which was really helpful for us.
I plan to use him for some more work we have and I would not hesitate in recommending him.
The only slight negative is that his communications (quotes and scheduling work) were a bit slow but he is worth the wait!
