Removed coving in lounge and dining room replastered cieling in both. Removed wall paper in both made good walls and decorated
They were extremely tidy, very quick and very efficient. Could not find a fault at all and would certainly have them again.

Fix crack to chimney breast

Decorating bedroom and bathroom and new bathroom flooring fitted
The finished result was excellent and Joe did some extra bits of work at no extra charge which was great. Work area was tidied away at the end of each day and overall I was extremely happy with the work. Underpinning existing wall, re-tile existing Kitchen and create a parking bay
Spaced and Places considered our project and worked around us to ensure the work progressed as stated and to fulfill local building control regulations. The teams were polite, friendly and trustworthy enough to leave our keys with when required. Even when we lost a little time, Joe ensured that the end result was delivered and the quality of workmanship outweighed any shortfalls. There was little ambiguity with what was expected, they offered suggestions and accommodated any changes so that we were happy. Unlike other tradesman, Joe left it for us to make the final payment in our own time. We have already recommended Spaces and Places to our neighbour and will not hesitate to use them again.
