Spaced and Places considered our project and worked around us to ensure the work progressed as stated and to fulfill local building control regulations. The teams were polite, friendly and trustworthy enough to leave our keys with when required. Even when we lost a little time, Joe ensured that the end result was delivered and the quality of workmanship outweighed any shortfalls. There was little ambiguity with what was expected, they offered suggestions and accommodated any changes so that we were happy. Unlike other tradesman, Joe left it for us to make the final payment in our own time. We have already recommended Spaces and Places to our neighbour and will not hesitate to use them again. Joe and his staff did an excellent job of our decorating while we were on holiday. We had just moved into our house so there was a lot of work for them to do with sanding and painting the whole house throughout. All work was completed on time and afterwards they also discovered a leak in our roof which had caused our spare room ceiling to rot with damp. Once we'd had the leak fixed they also repaired and re-plastered the ceiling for a few extra pounds.

I could not fault the work done at all. It was done to the highest standard. The workmen were very profesional and so very helpful. One of the best things was they moved all the furniture, and put it back.All the time they asked if I was satisfied with the work and kept me informed at all times what was going on.All in all I would have every confidence in recommending them to other people. They were on the job for just over 2 weeks and they became part of the family and I will call on them again in the not to distant future.
