diagnose and resolve hot tub fault - replacing pump
The problem was a complex one to resolve, resulting in them having to try several fixes before finally resolving it. They never gave up until the problem was fixed, visiting several times to try different things. They only charged for the visit that finally resolved the problem which I thought was very decent of them.

Repair minor leak and fit cover lifter.
As before Gavin arrived when booked, repaired a small leak from a previous repair he had carried out and fitted a cover lifter. Very happy with the work and its clear Gavin is fastidious in his workmanship. Darren is very customer focussed and it is obvious he values his customers. Excellent company who do what they do very well.

Our previously booked work took longer than anticipated so we had to rescedule to the following day. The customer was kept informed through out the day that we running behind schedule.
