They made what I, and everybody I spoke to, thought was a mammoth almost impossible job, seem simple and effortless. Having spent weeks trying to resolve the move with various other companies who were quite negative and unhelpful, this charming team of people were a breath of fresh air! An appointment was made within a few day of my telephone call. The Engineer arrived on time and carried out a thorough service and repair (temperature problem) explaining exactly what was being done.
