Boiler service
We're really pleased to have found such an honest, reliable and personable plumber. Spencer was great as he also explained how to operate the boiler properly and identified a few things that will need repairing in time but are not urgent - which he could have insisted needing doing and therefore charging for.

Replaced hot and cold water washing machine valves, connected new washing machine and sorted out overfilling toilet cistern.
Very happy to recommend and would certainly use them again.

Fixing leaking waste pipe from bath
Reliable, polite and very helpful. Came out at short notice, explained options available, gave further advice and completed the job quickly. I would use his services again.

Boiler giving heating + hot water but not just hot water.
Found Spencer via check-a-trade and this was he first time we have used him.  Over the phone Spencer gave us a worst case scenario quote based upon my description of the problem. He was very reliable (he came when he said he would and phoned approximately 20 minutes before to make sure it was ok), Spencer was able to quickly and accurately diagnose what was wrong and explained everything. Within 45minutes he had fixed the fault without having to replace any of the parts.  The repair cost less than Spencer had quoted as things were not as bad as they could have been, but he also highlighled future work that might be needed if the fault re-occurred. He had a really positive attitude and we will be using him to service and repair our boiler from now on!

Combi Boiler installed and old boiler and pipe work removed.
Excellent service, work completed well, no fuss, punctual, reliable and trustworthy. Explained system at length, advised of contact numbers on several occasions if any problems.

Fixed hot water tank and flushed trapped air from system
Attended quickly, having already been helpful on the phone. Popped back the next day to finish the job. Was very efficient and worked hard to minimise the cost. We were very happy with his work.

Replacing boiler.
We had a boiler breakdown and needed quick replacement as we has a week old baby. Spencer made a big effort to help us quickly due to our situation. He was considerate & thorough. I would recommend them.

Problems with hot water.
He fitted my job in at short notice (the sameday). He arrived on time, was professional, thorough and very efficient. I would recommend Spencer without any reservation. He also has a great sense of humour!

Fixed problem with heating
We'd had two heating engineers round before who were unable to fix the problem and wanted to put a new boiler in. Spencer fixed the problem without the expense of a new boiler, was punctual, polite and really new what he was talking about.

Changed radiator valves
Quoted by another company that new central heating system required. Spencer identified only problem was only rad valves. I would recommend them.

Fit cooker.
The tradesman was very polite & friendly as well as efficient. He also helped me put my old cooker in the car for disposal. And added bonus - was very entertaining with my 15-month-old son. Highly recommend.
