Professional and friendly run family business... in which they made a very neat installation in not such a straightforward house! Fair price which was quoted and kept to as well as keeping on schedule I have met various plumbers but they are heads above the rest!! In my book... all the boys can have a Gold Star.

After being told by another plumbing company that I needed a new boiler (quoted cost £1000 - £1100), I contacted Spencer who came along a few hours later to have a look at the boiler. He was able to repair it within half an hour at minimum cost. I found his attitude very professional; he is honest and reliable, and I would not hesitate to use this service again in the future.

Spencer came out promptly after calling to say he was running late.  When he arrived he did a check over and gave the feeling that, like me, genuinely wanted to keep the cost down and keep my boiler going rather than replace it A big relief. The price he charged was very fair for an hours work and I had NO surprises.  Hope my boiler keeps going, but certainly I will recommend him.

Found Spencer via check-a-trade and this was he first time we have used him.  Over the phone Spencer gave us a worst case scenario quote based upon my description of the problem. He was very reliable (he came when he said he would and phoned approximately 20 minutes before to make sure it was ok), Spencer was able to quickly and accurately diagnose what was wrong and explained everything. Within 45minutes he had fixed the fault without having to replace any of the parts.  The repair cost less than Spencer had quoted as things were not as bad as they could have been, but he also highlighled future work that might be needed if the fault re-occurred. He had a really positive attitude and we will be using him to service and repair our boiler from now on!
