Arrived exactly when he said he would. Having used Sean twice before, and because I had to go into work, I trusted him with my front door keys and a blank signed cheque!!! How many tradesman would you trust that with? We agreed the price and he phoned me when it was all done. Impeccable service and I refuse to go anywhere else now, even delaying work until he can fit it into his schedule. I simply can't recommend him enough.

Shaun was brilliant, he turned up at short notice, was very polite and knowledgable. His initial quote was already £40/50 cheaper than the others I'd rang and then after he'd finished he told me it was a lot easier than he expected and dropped the price by another £20!! I would recommend him to anyone in the Portsmouth area.

We had water dripping through the ceiling of our little girl's bedroom. We immediately called Sean (who lives close by, and who did a great job on our new bathroom in 2010). Despite the fact that it was 7pm and he was just relaxing at home after a hard day's work (I assume) he was round at our house in about 5 minutes. Sean is a friendly and honest plumber who works very hard. I would definitely recommend him to friends. After fixing the leak, he noticed our bathroom lightbulb was gone and replaced it free of charge which was so helpful as I have my hands full with 2 babies!

There was also some additional work required, but due to poor workmanship from a previous contractor, Mr Swords identified the problem and did not attempt to repair as this would have caused more problems for us. I was extremely satisfied with Mr Swords response time (two days including a weekend), and the fact he phoned me to notify me that he would be delayed by only 20 minutes. I would recommend Mr Sword to anyone - thank you.
