The firm replaced 9 windows, each of which required slightly different fitting. Instead of insisting on a "one-size-fits-all" approach, Stephen and team consulted with us to decide the best solution for each. They handled the problems associated with slate-hung dormers, and tidied up the slates and leadwork. They also took care to avoid damaging the plants growing under and around the downstairs windows. What could have been a stressful experience for us was made less so by the team's professionalism and courtesy. We are very pleased with the results.
