Decking laid in back garden

The work was completed efficiently and exactly to our requirements which we did change during the process. Andrew kept to timings and was helpful in giving advice regarding a few issues that arose in our design. Throughout the process my routine was not disrupted in any way and the team were sensitive and appropriate in their manner and use of the house when necessary. We are very pleased with the finished result and will consider further work being completed in the future.

To construct decking and trellis panels.

Quite apart from the excellent price I received I thought Stepping Stones Landscapes provided the best design for my garden. It became quite clear from the outset that Andrew Gordon had lots of experience building decks and putting up trellises and as result provided the best design solution out of the three companies I sourced through Checkatrade. Repairs to brickwork surrounding garden swimming pool

A really time-consuming, mucky and boring job for Andrew who was excellent all-round. Prompt, good-natured and accommodating; excellent job which looks very good now. There was a lot of dust from the old cement grouting and Andrew did well to contain it and clean up. The bricks look very smart now. Thanks Andrew. Highly recommended.

New Decking

We chose Stepping Stone Landscapes over others due to them being very helpful and informative when deciding on the design and materials for our deck, as well as being competitively priced. Deciding on the final design was greatly helped by leaving us with samples of decking, sleepers and several landscaping brochures for ideas and also provided us with an understanding of maintenance and longevity when comparing different materials. Scale drawings were left with us to further appreciate how the deck would look in the garden. The quality of work, craftsmanship, promptness, communication and tidiness has all been exceptional – our garden is now totally transformed. Stepping Stone Landscapes have been fantastic and come highly recommended.

Lay a patio on a difficult site

Andrew arrived when he said he would. He got straight on with the work. Materials were delivered prior to start date. He worked steadily and made very little mess, clearing up as he went. The preparation was very thorough , he had all the correct equipment. There was very little waste and he washed everything down before he left. He took my wished into account and gave his advice which improved part of my garden totally, in just two days.

Andrew came to give me a quotation for creating patio area at the back of my house. Although he told me immediately that I needed a builder and not landscape gardener for the work I wanted carried out, he took the trouble to give me advice and even to work out some appropriate costs for me. Curved Decking Installation

Andrew delivered on time, to specification at an agreed price and I would definitely recommend him. Our requirements were a bit different, and we were not sure whether they could be achieved with traditional decking. Andrew listened carefully to our requirements, worked with us to ensure he understood our needs, contributed to our design, provided a quote that met our expectations and was available within a reasonable time frame to do the work. As a result we are exceptionally pleased with the finished decking, and would strongly recommend Andrew and we will use him again without hesitation when we wish to do further works.
