S & R Property Services was formed in 2004 and is a family run business. Our primary business is fitting Kitchens and Bathrooms, we offer a fit only service or we can supply and fit a full range of products, our kitchen ranges can be viewed at a showroom in Totton. We have fitted for most of the major kitchen retailers. We provide a fully fitted service including any building works needed including installing RSJ'S to new pvc windows and doors, tiling and vinyl flooring.
S & R Property Services provides a wide variety of services from a dripping tap, building flat pack furniture, fencing, painting and decorating, general diy tasks, house or garden clearance to a full house refurbishment. No job is too small and all jobs are complete to a high standard. We pride ourselves in our work and customer satisfaction is a major part of our business.
We also provide services to commercial customer fitting suspended ceilings and office partitioning and general maintenance tasks including changing lights, decorating or just fixing a toilet. We provide a flexible service to suit the business needs.

Finishing kitchen and installing worktop.
Steve and Rich came to finish my kitchen and install a new worktop (I had started it but realised I was a bit out of my depth). From the start they were helpful and made me feel confident they knew what they were doing, even altering the design which looks a lot better than it would have. The quality of the work is excellent and it was done in the time they stated and kept me advised of any additional costs. I would recommend them and will use them again.

New kitchen and converting bathroom into utility/cloakroom.
I am highly delighted with the services provided by Steve and Rich Property Services Ltd. They provided an accurate, very competitive estimate and explained the refurbishment process to us step by step (we've never had anything done like this before). They always arrived on time and left our apartment in a very clean and tidy manner. We needed to go to work each day and let them do their job. They've proven they're trustworthy as none of our family heirlooms are missing! They sourced items such as tiles, flooring and heated towel rail for us and everything was great. They obviously enjoy their work and it shows! Our 2 new rooms are just what we wanted and they both have the 'wow factor'. The quality and workmanship is first class and would we use them again? Yes! Without a moment's hesitation! We're actually missing having them around. Well done S&R from a very satisfied customer who will be recommending you to friends and family.

Fitted my kitchen island.
Steve and Rich came to fit my kitchen island units together and were really friendly, professional guys who did a great job and took a lot of care to get it right. A pleasure to have in the house for a few hours and when I noticed a drawer didn't open quite as I wanted it to, they came straight back round and sorted it out. It wasn't their fault it was me being fussy. I will definitely use them again if the need arose.

Replacement cooker hood in kitchen.
Response to my initial enquiry very quick, within two days came to view the job and give advice. Phoned with the quote within a few hours and made appointment to supply and fit. Timekeeping exemplary on both occasions, could set your clock by him! Job completed very efficiently and competently, cleaned up and took away all the rubbish. Am very pleased and have no hesitation in recommending, although this was quite a small job.

Completely gutted the bathroom, installed shower cubicle, power shower, built in toilet/basin, tiles walls and floor, fitted accessories.
Can't praise them enough! Very efficient in every job they undertook. Always on time, worked hard all day and cleaned up every night. Removed all rubbish. Would recommend them to anyone who is interested. Nothing was too much trouble.
