Replaced 2 double glazed windows in bedroom

This was the 2nd time I'd used this company, as I was pleased with work previously done. Kevin recommended a laminate on the glass to reduce traffic noise. I was sceptical as to whether the additional cost would be worth it - but it is. Traffic noise is greatly reduced. John and David were courteous and rang ahead to tell me they were running late. They caused minimum disruption and treated my home with respect. They cleaned up after themselves, which was much appreciated. I'll use this company again when I'm ready to do the remaining windows in my house.

So pleased with the results. Would never know that old windows had been taken out and replaced by new. No marks or scratches on surrounding paintwork or paper.

In general I am very pleased. Admin side excellent. A little more care with "tools" on furniture would be better but nothing that was not quickly made right. Had to ask for radio played outside on 1 occasion to be turned off.
